KARACHI: The heavy downpours with thunderstorm have started to fall in parts of Karachi including Gulistan-e-Johar, Gulshan, Saddar, Shahra-e-Faisal, Nazimabad, New Karachi, National Highway and South Karachi early on Friday morning meanwhile, reports of power breakdown in scores of localities have too reached here.
