AG private practice challenge hearing adjourns till tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned until tomorrow the hearing of the petition challenging private practice of the Attorney General (AG), Latif Khosa.

The petition filed against Latif Khosa in IHC made a plea that the AG despite being in government job, pleading cases of government organizations in personal capacity and charging heavy fees.

The petitioner’s lawyer sought time for presenting detail arguments, when IHC Chief Justice, Qalb-e-Abbas today started hearing the petition, thereafter, further hearing was adjourned until tomorrow.
