WANA: At least 15 militants were killed when fighter jets bombarded militants’ hideouts in Ladha and Sam areas of South Waziristan during ongoing operation ‘Rah-e-Nijat’.

35 extremists killed in FR Bannu


BANNU: At least 35 extremists have been killed in the fresh action by the security forces in FR Bannu area of Janikhel.

Oil prices fall in Asian trade


SINGAPORE: Oil prices eased in Asian trade Tuesday after rallying overnight to seven-month high, analysts said.New York's main futures contract, light sweet crude for delivery in July, fell 67 cents to 67.91 dollars a barrel. Brent North Sea crude for July delivery shed 57 cents to 67.40 dollars.It's probably a natural sort of retreat after a very strong rally, said energy market analysts here.
