ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has set up facilitation desks/kiosks all across Pakistan to help taxpayers filing their income tax returns before the September 30 deadline. The kiosks and Tax Facilitation Centers (TFCs) have been established in all major urban centres to provide technical support to taxpayers. Saleem Altaf sacked as Board’s COO Updated at: 0944 PST, Tuesday, September 01, 2009

KARACHI: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) sacked its chief operating officer Saleem Altaf.A PCB spokesman said that a termination letter has been sent to Altaf, a former Pakistan Test cricketer. When contacted, Altaf said that he is yet to receive any such letter.
