KARACHI: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) sacked its chief operating officer Saleem Altaf.A PCB spokesman said that a termination letter has been sent to Altaf, a former Pakistan Test cricketer. When contacted, Altaf said that he is yet to receive any such letter.
