SHEIKHUPURA: The team of the Lahore High Court (LHC) has got recovered the General Councilor Javed Massih who was imprisoned forcefully and illegally and was kept chained in the Narang Mandi area here on Saturday.The poor recovered captive was immediately admitted to hospital as his health conditions were deteriorating more than satisfactory level, sources said.According to sources, before the court of justice Zafar Iqbal Chaudhry of LHC, a person kin to Javed Massih filed plea that a landlord of a village Iftikhar has illegally kept his cousin detained for a long time. Following the request, the court setup a-team under Qadeer Khan, which raided the Iftikhar’s house and recovered Javed Massih in very fragile condition.Landlord told sources that he wanted his Rs. 12,000 back from Javed Massih so he kept him privately imprisoned, sources added.Both persons will be brought before Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday April 11, sources maintained.
